It was a great day for Dave today, he won the International Stairway class at the Royal Highland Show with 'Ulot'.

This is a huge class to win on an 8 year old horse that he has produced all the way for Charles and Linda Britton.
So a proud moment for everyone today when we heard the news.

Charles and Linda were delighted this evening when they rang me, they were out hacking near their home in Wixall.
Charles loves to reflect on when he bought 'Ulot' as a foal.

It was a shame I could not be there, but I am busy with a Newcomer second round qualifier tomorrow and we also had Ella's sports day today.

Poor Ella, her sports day was called off after four races due to heavy rain!

The pony club rally was this evening and it was superb.
She has grown in confidence from the last one and I was again impressed with the way they teach the kids and yet make it so much fun.

So we have to leave quite early in the morning for Weston Lawns.

Dave is jumping the Grand Prix tomorrow afternoon at the Highland, lets hope he can win again!
